Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash register operations
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures
• Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS systems, and customer service protocols
• Support daily operational tasks including inventory management, food safety checks, and operating kitchen equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering and processing cash transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively; experience with culinary tasks is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and order calculations
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain required health permits is preferred

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
