Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company expectations
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety management protocols
• Assist with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
• Support team members in daily tasks such as food preparation, cashiering, and food safety checks to foster a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are necessary
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety management practices is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, bussing, or kitchen support will be advantageous
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food handling and cleaning
