Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders and transactions
• Manage customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely service and upselling opportunities to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to meet food safety standards
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision
• Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively during food preparation
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging positively with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing register operations
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen equipment operation
• Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
