Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation and food safety practices
• Handle cash register operations, processing cash and card payments with precision
• Support food safety management by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation needs
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling, and cash register operations is advantageous
• Capable of operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Food industry or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
