Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with attention to detail and accountability.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones following health regulations.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Support team members during busy hours by sharing responsibilities such as food prep, serving, or cleaning.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques or kitchen operations.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
