- Coordinate crew changes and travel in liaison with Masters, Port Agents, and the Personnel Manager.
- Maintain and update vessel rotation plans.
- Verify crew certifications, handle visas, and manage flag state documentation.
- Ensure crew records are accurate and up to date
- Monitor crew medical/P&I claims and check crew-related invoices.
- Interview new Officer candidates and suggest promotions based on performance.
- Ensure compliance with CBAs, MLC, STCW, and flag state requirements.
- Report weekly on crewing matters to vessel owners.
- Monitor and audit manning agency performance.
