Responsibilities

Handles seafarer salary fund requests and PH remittances, including posting transactions and addressing related queries. Supports failed payment reprocessing, provides necessary documentation, and prepares required payment and transaction listings.
Duties

• Consolidation and fund request for seafarer salary
• Execution of PH remittance (wages, bonuses, reimbursements, refunds etc) to seafarers
• Posting of remittances made, bank charges and funds received.
• Answering bank queries, seafarer remittance questions, and queries from Crewing and Crew Payroll Teams.
• Provide supporting documents for non-wage crew payments
• Distribution of failed transactions to Crewing and Crew Payroll and reprocessing of salaries.
• Provide transactions listing of month spill-over payments for PH
• Provide ASP listing (VO) and JCA listing (CP/Thome)

Required Qualification & Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years in Payment Processing or similar roles
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with seafarers and internal teams regarding payment concerns.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure smooth operations of the Treasury team.
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles
