Crew Person

No Nights or weekends ! Paid weekly! Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 and 1:00PM We are seeking a positive friendly and dedicated crew member to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in interacting and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include taking and completing orders, food prep, stocking, cleaning and maintaining all work areas in a pleasant, clean and safe manner as well as other duties pertaining to food service. Experience preferred and must be able to work in a fast paced setting . We are a cafeteria located in an office building with a great family of repeat customers that appreciate up being here. Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained at all times
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing retail sales transactions and food orders accurately
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy
• Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation shifts
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred

• Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store operations is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Food handling certification or prior food safety training is desirable but not required; training will be provided upon hire

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
