Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Pelayanan Pelanggan: Menyapa, melayani kebutuhan pelanggan dengan ramah, serta memberikan informasi terkait produk atau promosi yang sedang berjalan.
- Pengoperasian Kasir: Memproses transaksi pembayaran (tunai/nontunai) secara akurat dan efisien menggunakan sistem POS.
- Pengelolaan Produk & Stok: Melakukan penerimaan barang, penataan display produk (merchandising), serta pemantauan ketersediaan dan penataan stok sesuai standar FIFO.
- Kebersihan & Area Toko: Menjaga kebersihan, kerapian, dan kenyamanan seluruh area outlet (area penjualan, meja/kursi, dan area kerja).
- Kepatuhan Prosedur: Mematuhi seluruh Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) operasional, keselamatan, dan kesehatan kerja yang berlaku di perusahaan.
