CREW TRAINER/ BAKER

Job Summary

We are looking for a Crew Trainer / Baker who will be responsible for training crew members and assisting with the preparation and production of baked products. The role requires strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and proper food-handling procedures while ensuring that crew members follow company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and guide crew members on proper work procedures and customer service standards.
• Prepare, bake, and decorate various bakery products according to established recipes.
• Ensure proper measurement, mixing, preparation, baking, and presentation of products.
• Monitor the quality, freshness, and appearance of baked products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, baking area, equipment, and workstations.
• Check and maintain proper inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in coaching employees and monitoring their work performance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker, Crew Trainer, Kitchen Staff, or similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food preparation.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule depending on store operations.
