About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Crewing Apprentice to join our Crewing team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to develop their professional skills in a dynamic maritime environment while supporting crew management activities and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Based on the job description in CREWING

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update crew vaccination records in the crew management system.
• Monitor vaccine validity and support compliance with maritime regulations.
• Organize and maintain crew documentation files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation and distribution of documents to vessels and external stakeholders.
• Assist with correspondence and communication with active and former crew members.
• Review and process documentation related to vaccination and medical expenses.
• Support the creation of employee profiles in internal systems for PPE management and onboarding activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Crewing department as required.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in High School, Technical School, or University.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a multicultural and international environment.
