What they need
Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience as Crewing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime or Nautical Studies
- Proven experience in handling crewing matters for Tug&Barge and Bulk Carrier
- Strong knowledge of international and national maritime regulations, including STCW and ISM Code
- Experienced in crew planning, rotation, and sign-on/off processes
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and able to work towards urgent deadlines
- Able to join ASAP
