Crewing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating the crew database (personal information, certificates, seafarer documents).
• Assist with the recruitment process: screening resumes, scheduling interviews and medical checkups.
• Verify the completeness of crew documents (seaman’s book, COC/COP, medical certificates, visas).
• Assist with crew sign-on/sign-off administrative processes.
• Monitor the validity periods of crew certificates and documents.
• Support other administrative tasks of the Crewing team.

Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate majoring in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Shipping/Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Communicative and able to work both in a team and independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preference given to candidates with an interest in the maritime/shipping industry.
• Willing to start immediately.
