Crewing Officer (Operational Role)

Crewing Operations

• Plan and execute crew scheduling, rotations, and replacements based on vessel requirements.
• Coordinate crew changes, including travel, visas, accommodation, and port logistics.
• Ensure all crew certifications (STCW, flag state endorsements, medicals) are valid and up to date.
• Maintain accurate crew records, databases, and documentation for audit purposes.

Crew Coordination

• Act as the point of contact for crew regarding assignments, travel, and documentation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist crew with administrative matters such as leave requests and documentation.

Compliance & HSE Support

• Ensure compliance with client requirements (e.g., ADNOC) and regulatory standards.
• Track crew training, certifications, and medical status.
• Support HSE requirements such as safety training and documentation.

External Coordination

• Liaise with manning agents, travel agencies, and training providers.
• Coordinate with port authorities for crew movements.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain filing systems and documentation.
• Support reporting requirements related to crewing activities.

Any other responsibilities will be assigned to you by management.

As a Crewing Officer;

• Ensure that all vessels are fully manned with qualified crew at all times

• Crew changes are completed on time without operational delays

• 100% valid and up-to-date crew certifications and documents

• Full compliance with client and regulatory requirements (e.g., ADNOC)

• Accurate, complete, and audit-ready crew records

• Smooth coordination of travel, visas, and logistics

• Timely support and response to crew needs and queries

• No compliance gaps in training, medicals, or documentation

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
