Leadership in Crew Management: Lead and coordinate crew assignments, travel arrangements, and effective communication with crew members. Provide strategic oversight to the crewing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Crew Coordination: Collaborate with scheduling teams to ensure crew assignments align with vessel schedules. Communicate any changes in crew assignments promptly to both crew members and scheduling departments.

• Dispatch and Documentation Excellence: Oversee the completeness and accuracy of crew dispatch documentation, including embarkation forms, visas, and travel permits. Ensure the timely submission of all necessary documentation for crew dispatch.
• Engagement Proposal Generation: Prepare engagement proposals for crew members. Ensures that engagement proposals align with the company's policies, industry regulations, and any relevant collective bargaining agreements.
• Visa and OKTB Management: Initiate and manage the process of requesting and obtaining OKTB and visa requirements for crew members based on their assigned voyages and destinations.
• Port and Travel Agent Communication: Establish and maintain communication with port authorities to facilitate seamless crew embarkation and disembarkation processes and liaise with travel agents to coordinate travel arrangements for crew members.

Medical Renewal Process: Coordinate with medical facilities for crew member medical examinations and renewals in compliance with industry standards and Schedule and follow up on medical appointments for crew members to ensure timely completion of required medical examinations.

Efficient Crew Database Management: Lead the regular update and maintenance of the crew database, ensuring accuracy of personal details, certifications, and contact information.

Strategic Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and oversight to crewing assistants, guiding them in their daily tasks, prioritizing workload, and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

Proactive Problem Solving: Act as a proactive point of contact for the team, offering guidance and support in addressing complex issues and challenges in crewing operations
