Crewing Staff

Job Responsibilities:

· Support the Crewing Operations and the Crewing Manager/s in planning and plotting of crew schedules and crew changes, including follow-up with relevant parties.

· Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the seafarer/s, including air/ferry/land tickets, visa application, hotel accommodation etc…

· Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents)

· Assist on all crew issues.

· Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties.

· Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.

· Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Ø Experience in Visa handling is highly preferred

Ø Pleasant personality with good interpersonal relations.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Proactive, has initiative and well organized.

Ø Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
