Crewing Staff

1. Manage end-to-end crew recruitment and selection based on vessel manpower requirements.
2. Coordinate crew planning, placement, mobilization, and crew changes.
3. Build and maintain a qualified crew talent pool for current and future requirements.
4. Verify and maintain crew certificates, licenses, medical records, and other required documents.
5. Monitor crew documentation validity and compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Coordinate with vessels, manning agencies, and internal teams regarding crew requirements.
7. Maintain accurate crew databases and recruitment records.
8. Prepare crewing reports and proactively follow up on manpower gaps.

Job Requirements

1. D-IV/S1 in Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut dan Kepelabuhanan (KALK/TALK) or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in crewing/crew recruitment, preferably in the maritime industry.
3. Familiar with seafarer recruitment, crew planning, and crew documentation.
4. Good understanding of STCW, MLC, and relevant maritime regulations.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
8. Able to work under pressure and handle urgent manpower requirements.
