Crimson - Server

We are seeking a personable and service-oriented professional to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient, and memorable dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering attentive table service, communicating clearly with guests and team members, and supporting smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate requests to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver menu recommendations, answer questions, and ensure guests feel informed and cared for.
• Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Coordinate with hosts, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to support timely and efficient service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality guest service.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weight during a shift.
