Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $95,000 – $155,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Crisis Operations Program Manager to lead crisis response and operational resilience programs. The role combines incident command discipline with cross-functional coordination — keeping the business running when things get hard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational response to incidents that affect customers, employees, or operations

• Build and maintain incident response playbooks and resilience programs

• Coordinate cross-functional incident bridges and command structures

• Run tabletop exercises, simulations, and post-incident reviews

• Partner with security, IT, communications, and legal during live incidents

• Track incident metrics and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity

• Strong understanding of incident command frameworks (ICS, ITIL incident management)

• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management

• Calm, structured approach under pressure

• Experience leading cross-functional operations during incidents

• Business continuity certifications (CBCP, MBCI) are a plus
