Critical Environment Ops Supervisor

For our client, we are seeking a Critical Environment Ops Supervisor to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee critical engineering operations across assigned facilities, with a focus on maintaining high availability and operational reliability. The supervisor will partner closely with management and engineering teams to support uninterrupted performance of essential building systems. This position is well suited for a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day oversight with preventive maintenance discipline and rapid response to facility incidents.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,100 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing critical engineering operations across assigned facilities
• Coordinate with management and engineering teams to maintain 100% infrastructure availability
• Monitor and respond to critical facility alarms and incidents
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance on critical systems
• Supervise and direct critical environments engineering staff

Qualifications

• Vocational degree in electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, or critical facilities management
• 7 years of trade experience in critical environments such as data centers, telecom facilities, or similar settings
• 3 years of engineering or supervisory experience in critical facilities
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems and redundancy configurations
• Proficiency with CMMS, BMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
