📍 Onsite (Richardson & Sandston) | Full-Time | Data Center / Critical Infrastructure

Our client is seeking a Critical Environment Technician III to support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of mission-critical infrastructure within a high-availability data center environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and uptime of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and power systems that keep critical operations running 24/7.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, cooling, UPS, generator, and facility systems
• Perform routine inspections, facility rounds, and preventive maintenance activities
• Respond to critical alarms, investigate incidents, and execute escalation procedures
• Utilize BMS, CMMS, and monitoring tools to track system performance and reliability
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and operational reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, uptime, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data centers, critical facilities, industrial operations, or mission-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and power distribution systems
• Experience with BMS, CMMS, or facility monitoring platforms
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-availability environments
• Electrical or HVAC certifications/licenses are a plus
