• クロスファンクショナル連携
• サービス、営業、開発、製造、製品部門と連携し解決策を提供
• 顧客対応と企業影響のバランスを考慮した意思決定
• レポーティング
• インシデントや重要案件の状況を統合し、上位管理層へ報告（週次・月次・四半期）
• 経営層向けの要約およびリスク可視化
