CRM Administrator / Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Jefferson City, MO(Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer with 2-5 years of experience to support, configure, and enhance our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to deliver efficient CRM solutions, improve processes, and maintain system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including users, security roles, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.

• Collaborate with business, QA, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements and improvements.

Must-Have Skills

• 2-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administration/Development experience.

• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration, customization, workflows, and security management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira, and CRM project delivery.

• Understanding of SQL, integrations, or reporting tools.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications and/or banking domain experience are a plus.
