Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, motivated CRM Agent to join our team and help us conquer even more ground.

Your job is simple: help us rock!

Here’s How You’ll Do It Target Sensei: Track the results, and ensure our sales team stays on top of their game.

Communication Ninja: Act as the bridge between agents and back-office operations, keeping things smooth.

Lead Mastermind: Use data and stats to dispense leads strategically, boosting efficiency and success.

Performance Wizard: Analyze performance stats and reports to track team efficiency and identify ways to level up.

Quality Assurance Rockstar: Conduct live listening and quality assurance checks to ensure the highest standards.

What We're Looking For Knowledge of the Microsoft office package;

Basic knowledge in Networking;

Experience with CRM/VOIP would be considered as an advantage;

Advanced English is required;

Ability to work with a minimum supervision while following instructions and established procedures;

Ability to patiently and politely troubleshoot problems with end-users;

A person who is eager to constantly learn and evolve, both professionally and personally;

A team player, able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
