Description

• Manage and maintain the organisation's CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for CRM system improvements.
• Develop and implement enhancements to the CRM system to optimise user experience.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on CRM system functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system, performing regular audits and updates.
• Generate and analyse CRM reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.

Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration, support, or related business systems roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Knowledge of CRM reporting, data management, and data quality best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
