CRM & Data Administrator

Position Title: CRM & Data Administrator

Work Set-up: Work from Home

Employment Type: Project-Based (3-Month Contract)

Schedule: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM PHT

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Data Administrator to support a short-term data cleanup and administration project.

The role will focus on reviewing, validating, updating, and maintaining prospect and contact information across CRM systems. This is a process-driven role suited to someone who is comfortable working with large volumes of data, conducting online research, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review bounced emails, incorrect contact information, and incomplete prospect records.

• Verify whether existing contacts are still with the relevant organization, in the same role, and within the same region.

• Research and update job titles, contact details, and email addresses where information has changed.

• Identify appropriate replacement contacts based on clearly defined criteria when an existing contact has left an organization.

• Complete missing information within existing contact records.

• Clean, maintain, and update data across CRM systems.

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other available sources to research and validate professional information.

• Maintain accurate and complete records within HubSpot and SugarCRM.

• Use Excel for data tracking, review, and cleanup activities.

• Flag records requiring additional review or judgment rather than making complex eligibility decisions independently.

• Follow established data-quality standards and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in CRM administration, data administration, data cleansing, contact research, sales administration, or a similar role.

• Experience working with CRM platforms; HubSpot and/or SugarCRM experience is preferred.

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong online research and information-validation skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable handling repetitive and high-volume data tasks.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Good written English and communication skills.

• Ability to follow clearly defined criteria and escalate cases requiring additional judgment.
