CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Manage end-to-end post-purchase or post-booking client journeys.

Process agreements, track payment milestones, and coordinate billing or receipts.

Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, requests, and dispute resolution.

Update and maintain accurate client records inside CRM systems

Coordinate across internal departments like sales, finance, and delivery/operations to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Drive customer retention, manage feedback, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

MIS (Management Information System)

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and operational reports.
• Analyze data trends to highlight operational gaps or sales achievements.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for leadership review.
• Coordinate data requests across internal departments
