Role Hiring a CRM & Technical Support Executive to manage client support, CRM setup, technical operations, and digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CRM demos & client training
- Provide technical support & resolve issues
- Configure workflows, pipelines & campaigns
- Manage websites, landing pages & funnels
- Handle WhatsApp API, SMS, IVR & automation tools
- Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Manage social media & lead generation
- Support sales team with demos & follow-ups
Skills Required
- Basic CRM & digital marketing knowledge
- Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads
- Basic graphic/video editing
- Good communication & client handling skills
Preferred Profile
- Background in IT / Digital Marketing / CRM / Tech Support
- Fluent in English
- Confident & presentable
