CRM Application Lead

Exciting opportunity for CRM Application Lead to work with enterprise client.  Role is to start asap until end of Feb 2027 with option to extend.  Hybrid work model 2 days in office.  Role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.
 
Responsibilities:

• Accountability for overseeing management, deployment and ongoing support of Dynamic 365 application
• Managing technical release readiness and cut over planning with vendors and key stakeholders
• Leading the delivery of enhancements
• Ensuring governance and complaince
• Working as conduit between vendors and stakeholders
• Maintaining accountability
• Challenging solutions when needed
• Managing vendor review against SLA's

Only candidates with the following skills should apply  

• Experience leading application management of a critical application
• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Experience with MS Dynamics Sales module
• Experience with Power Platform
• Skills with Sharepoint nice to have
• Experience working with stakeholders and vendors
• Excellent communication skills
• Can challenge the status quo
• Hands on approach to understanding solution and driving business value
• Other duties as directed
