Hiring: CRM Associate Hyderabad (Begumpet)
- Handle inbound enquiries and calls from prospective patients generated through digital, website and other marketing channels.
- Understand the callers requirements, treatment interest and location through a structured conversation.
- Provide accurate information on services, consultation process, centre locations and appointment availability.
- Qualify inbound leads based on defined parameters and identify genuine prospects.
- Convert qualified enquiries into consultation appointments by effectively addressing initial queries and concerns.
Multiple positions available.
Primary language requirements: Marathi, Bengali & Odia
Fluency in at least one of the above-mentioned languages is mandatory.
