CRM Campaign Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Lifecycle Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven CRM campaigns with a focus on deep customer segmentation and lifecycle stage optimization to maximize long-term value.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Business Units (BUs) to curate and integrate diverse offers into cohesive campaigns that drive increased customer spending and conversion rates.

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the full execution lifecycle across multiple channels (Email, SMS, In-App, etc.), ensuring seamless and high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.

• Performance Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses of CRM Campaign & communications with customer data to identify performance gaps and implement continuous process improvements.

• Technical Integration: Partner closely with the Tech Team to ensure seamless platform execution, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in CRM campaign management

• Expertise in developing and executing complex, data-driven segmented campaigns.

• Proficiency with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving actionable insights and implementing strategic action
