该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:

• Project Support (1) Support the CRM Project Team and Division personnel in the implementation of the CRM project, following Agile methodologies. (2) Understand and define generic and individual user/division business requirements, effectively document and communicate them using user stories to the project team. (3) Facilitate business process analysis and automation discussions. (4) Assist in the development of governance and principles, ensuring adherence. (5) Assist with technical design and documentation. (6) Assist with UAT and requirement validation. (7) Conduct requirements and solution design workshops. (8) Deliver effective training, including the creation of relevant materials using JIRA, to different user groups to support general functionality/platform development.
• Data Mapping and Migration (1) Assist Divisions with data mapping from legacy to Salesforce systems. (2) Act as a subject matter expert in data extraction and loading. (3) Perform advanced data importing into Salesforce. (4) Perform unit testing and error handling of data migration and validation.
• System Administration (1) Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications. (2) Manage all change control processes: testing, migration, training. (3) Provide daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including managing multiple user set-ups and providing guidance on profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and workflows. (4) Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration related materials for users as database applications and functionality are developed. (5) Play a critical role during upgrades and releases to the system, including testing, driving change management, and executing deployments. (6) Maintain at least high-level familiarity with other IT system ( eg SAP)/business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points. (7) Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders and perform analysis on data as required.
• Change Management
• Be 'the voice' of the user community and report back to team or management on commonly requested changes to the Salesforce application. (2) Assist in the prioritization and testing of enhancements or fixes applied to the testing environment before deployment to production. (3) Track and report back on platform usage and adoption to division management. (4) Communicate regularly within the CRM team and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets business needs and to develop an ongoing project plan using JIRA. (5) Serve as a key liaison between Salesforce users and the IT team. (6) Report on CRM quality KPIs. (7) Create and update CRM process and training documentation using Agile principles. (8) Organize and perform CRM training for new users.
• Data Management (1) Support data management activities to ensure a high level of data quality and integrity is continuously maintained. (2) Monitor & address record-level data quality. (3) Assist Division analysts in data cleansing and de-duping processes. (4) Load data per specifications. (5) Develop and maintain reports and dashboards. Job Requirements:
• Formal Education & Certification (1) Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant analytical subject with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a CRM salesforce related role. (2) Hands-on experience in SFDC Development, Deployment, and Data migration. (3) Active Salesforce Administrator Certification. (4) 2 to 3 years of experience in developing software solutions (user interface, business logic, interfaces) using an object-oriented programming language like Java and APIs. (5) Salesforce Experience in Integration with various systems.
• Excellent English and communication
• Knowledge & Experience (1)

Experience working in Sales Cloud with out-of-the-box Contact Object, Account, Opportunities, etc. (2) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills in Salesforce. (3) Worked on Admin configuration and customization of Salesforce. (4) Experienced in working in cross-functional teams, identifying business requirements, and translating them into salesforce functionalities. (5) Experience in participation in quality-related tasks like code reviews, unit tests, integration testing, regression testing to ensure that features are delivered with the highest quality. (6) Good in Standard Data Model and SOQL. (7) Good in configuring security features like Profile Permission set Public Groups and Role. (8) Familiarity with Salesforce APIs. (9) Salesforce Technical Experience in Manufacturing Cloud and in Data Migration Activities. (10) Salesforce Experience in Integration with various systems. (11) Experience with Agile implementation methodologies. (12) Experience in Release Management.
