About the role

As a CRM Staff, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships through an effective CRM system. You will ensure customer data is up to date, maintain good communication with customers, and assist the marketing team in analyzing data to improve service strategies. You will also be responsible for CRM-related administration, including creating reports and informative presentations. Active involvement in internal projects and coordination with other divisions is an important part of this position.

About you

• SMA/SMK education
• Work experience between 1 to 3 years
• Customer service skills
• Teamwork ability
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
• Analytical skills
• Public speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of CRM
• Learning spirit and good communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
