Job Description: CRM After-Sales & Collections

Industry: Real Estate Developer | Location: Gurgaon

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to manage post-sales customer relationships, documentation, payment collections, customer escalations, and possession handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-possession support.
• Handle BBA, allotment letters, demand letters, receipts, sale deeds, and possession documentation.
• Track payment schedules, follow up on overdue payments, and achieve collection targets.
• Ensure RERA compliance, accurate documentation, and updated CRM/ERP records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams for timely issue resolution and handovers.
• Prepare collection MIS, overdue ageing reports, and customer account statements.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3-8years of CRM experience with a real estate developer/builder firm (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in after-sales documentation and real estate collections.
• Knowledge of RERA, registration processes, and real estate payment cycles.
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and escalation management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Business/Commerce or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Key KPIs

Collection efficiency, documentation accuracy, customer satisfaction, query resolution TAT, and timely possession handover.
