该职位来源于猎聘 1. 根据区域人员及项目情况制定人员CRA管理策略及招聘计划； 2. 负责区域人员的招聘、入职、转正、培训、升职、离职等日常相关工作； 3. 对CRA进行工作考核，对有问题的员工应制定必要的培训整改计划，跟进员工的 改进情况和问题的整改进度； 4. 根据区域人员的工时及项目需求，协调项目人员的分配； 5. 对员工进行季度/年度绩效考核； 6. 跟踪人员交接全过程，确保人员交接带来的风险可控 7. 维持团队稳定性； 8. 维护研究中心的关系； 9. 其他安排的工作
