About The Position Start Club Corp is hiring a CRM Coordinator to support brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications. This role is centered on work where you will support prospecting, customer follow-up, CRM accuracy, and sales-team coordination. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

• Maintain lead, prospect, customer, opportunity, and activity records accurately in the CRM in the CRM Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Research or qualify assigned prospects using approved criteria and record relevant business information as part of the CRM Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Coordinate follow-up emails, calls, meetings, demos, or handoffs for sales representatives across marketing, research, and events in this CRM Coordinator position.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, account summaries, pipeline reports, or sales-support materials using approved information for the Start Club Corp team as part of CRM Coordinator work.
• Track open follow-ups, stalled opportunities, missing information, and next actions while supporting marketing, research, and events in the CRM Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Support recurring pipeline and activity reporting and help keep sales records complete and current as part of day-to-day CRM Coordinator responsibilities at Start Club Corp.

What We're Looking For
