Overview: The Analyst / Coordinator supports business operations by managing and maintaining key systems, processes, and reporting. The role ensures accurate tracking of CRM data, business KPIs, and financial metrics, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
• Facilitate CRM-related activities including data entry, updates, and system hygiene.
• Track, monitor, and report on business KPI metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports, budgets, and other business documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required by management.

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
