CRM COORDINATOR

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to manage customer communication and documentation for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for making welcome calls, confirming booking details, explaining the construction process, coordinating documentation and providing regular project updates to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Make welcome calls to customers after booking confirmation.

* Verify customer details, booked square footage and booking information.

* Explain the construction process, project stages and timelines to customers.

* Coordinate with customers regarding agreements and loan documentation.

* Track construction progress and provide regular updates to customers.

* Follow up with customers for pending documents and required information.

* Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and project documents.

* Coordinate with sales, accounts, and construction teams to resolve customer queries.

* Handle customer questions and ensure timely communication.

* Maintain CRM records and update customer information regularly.

* Track customer requests and follow up until resolution.

* Prepare daily follow-up reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

* Any degree is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.

* Good telephone communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic English communication skills are preferred.

* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

* Training will be provided.

* Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
