CRM Data Entry VA

Job Summary:
Our next hire will be an organized and personable Sales Support Assistant who will keep our lead pipeline moving after trade shows and networking events. You'll add new contacts to our CRM, run email follow-up campaigns, and make friendly outreach calls to gauge interest. We're counting on someone dependable, comfortable on the phone, and eager to take on more as our needs grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter contacts from collected business cards into Pipedrive and sort them into event-based categories
• Set up and schedule multi-week email drip campaigns using content our team provides
• Monitor email replies and record all responses and updates in the CRM
• Call leads to confirm fit and ask a few short qualifying questions
• Offer interested leads a free property quote and route them to our team for next steps
• Follow a set outreach cadence of email, call, bi-weekly follow-ups, and monthly check-ins
• Keep lead records clean, accurate, and current after every campaign
• Research and compile new lead lists on LinkedIn and other platforms as the role grows
• Help with additional administrative tasks such as onboarding documents, flyers, presentations, and general office support

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with data entry and CRM management
• Experience setting up and sending email campaigns or drip sequences
• Clear, confident spoken English and experience making outbound calls
• Strong written English for professional emails
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Observant, organized, and independent
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Pipedrive
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support
• Basic Canva design skills for flyers and presentations
• Experience with HR onboarding documents or light bookkeeping tasks
• Experience researching leads on LinkedIn
• Capable of keeping several projects under control at once
