Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining accurate data? We are looking for a CRM Data Specialist to help ensure our CRM database remains clean, accurate, and ready to support sales and marketing initiatives.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in improving data integrity by researching, validating, and organizing customer information while working with large datasets. If you enjoy problem-solving, online research, and maintaining high-quality databases, we'd love to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Data Cleansing

• Review and cleanse 16,000+ CRM contact records.
• Identify and remove duplicate or outdated records.
• Standardize customer names and contact information.
• Maintain high standards of CRM data quality.

Data Validation & Research

• Research and verify customer information using publicly available sources.
• Validate residential addresses.
• Identify property ownership where available.
• Update phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details.
• Improve data completeness through research and enrichment tools.

CRM Management

• Apply tags and classifications according to CRM standards.
• Organize contacts within the CRM database.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity history.
• Create follow-up tasks and workflows when required.

Lead Preparation

• Prepare validated contact lists for future sales and marketing campaigns.
• Organize records for outbound calling and customer engagement.
• Ensure consistency across all CRM records.

Compliance

• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
• Refrain from providing property, financial, or real estate advice.

QualificationsEssential

• Previous experience in CRM administration or database management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent internet research abilities.
• High level of data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred

• Experience using Rex CRM.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Hunter, Apollo, or AI research tools.
• Experience supporting sales or real estate teams.
