Job Summary
Were looking for a CRM Developer to build and customize CRM systems for our clients - configuring pipelines, automations and integrations around how each business actually sells.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or custom builds)
- Build sales pipeline structures matched to client sales processes
- Set up lead-capture integrations from websites, ads and WhatsApp
- Build automated workflows (follow-up reminders, notifications)
- Train client teams on CRM usage
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing CRM implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Understanding of sales pipeline and lead management processes
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- Basic scripting/development skills for custom configurations
- Strong client communication skills for training and requirements gathering
