CRM Developer (Creatio / .NET)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
• Design and develop software solutions using best practices in software engineering, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to software development processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience working with No-Code CRM platforms, particularly Creatio.
• Tech Stack: C#/.NET (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core) for server-side development on Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other CRM platforms.
• Prefer experience in end-to-end CRM implementation (Sales, Marketing, and Service modules).
• Develop integrations and extensions on the Creatio platform.
• Maintain discipline in development environments and tooling (Environment/Tooling Discipline).
• TypeScript/JavaScript for Freedom UI development (pages, components, and business rules); Angular experience is a plus.
• Web APIs, REST/OData, and WCF/SOAP for integration with external systems.
• SQL, with experience working with PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Good English communication.
• Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
