CRM Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Engineer to own the technical architecture, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who combines software engineering skills with hands-on CRM and automation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical development and architecture of CRM systems.
• Configure and customize CRM modules, pipelines, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and business processes.
• Design and implement REST API and webhook integrations with internal and external systems.
• Build scalable automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Develop custom scripts and backend solutions using Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Build bi-directional data synchronization between CRM and other business applications.
• Automate lead management, customer lifecycle, follow-ups, retention, engagement, and operational processes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems focused on revenue, conversion, retention, churn, attribution, and customer performance.
• Monitor automation workflows, troubleshoot failures, and improve system reliability.
• Manage multiple integrations, automation workflows, and CRM projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM engineering, CRM development, systems engineering, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
• Strong programming ability in Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.
• Experience working with databases and data synchronization.
• Experience creating business-oriented dashboards and analytics.
• Ability to independently own multiple technical workflows/projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
