Seeking a CRM / ERP Implementation Consultant with experience in enterprise application implementation, workflow mapping, system configuration, integrations, and client delivery. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring CRM/ERP platforms, managing implementation activities, and ensuring successful user adoption and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and map workflows for CRM and ERP implementation projects.
• Configure enterprise applications and customize workflows based on business needs.
• Coordinate implementation activities including planning, testing, deployment, and rollout support.
• Support integrations between CRM/ERP systems and third-party applications or business tools.
• Conduct user training sessions, onboarding, and adoption support for client teams.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and implementation guides.
• Monitor project timelines, resolve implementation issues, and support post-deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
