CRM Executive

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy & goal orientation - execute CRM lifecycle strategy focused on 2 key objectives: Activation and Retention.
• User journey implementation - manage automated member journeys, e.g. onboarding and winback journey, through personalized touchpoints, across online and offline channels.
• Support the development of new membership scheme and system launch.
• Perform CRM data analysis and report generation for identifying target segmentation and potential opportunity for CRM initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in day-to-day operation of e-commerce duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years in CRM or Email Marketing, from retail industry is highly preferred. Experience in creating journey flow and defining test strategy through Emarsys or other marketing automation tools is highly preferred. 
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics) and luxury brands, experience in China Market is highly preferred.
• A team player, self-motivated, able to work in a fast pacing working environment, detail-minded, motivated and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with MS office and Chinese typing, fluent in English, Mandarin & Chinese.
