What they need
What You'll Do
- Call existing clients renewals, document follow-ups, service updates
- Maintain and update CRM database accurately
- Assign tasks to the legal team and track completion
- Send client communications updates, documents, notices
- Handle incoming inquiries and route to correct department
- Weekly and monthly reports to management
What We Need
- 2-4 years in CRM, client servicing, or telecalling mandatory
- Confident communicator English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Experience with any CRM tool Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- MS Excel and basic email drafting
- Detail-oriented and disciplined with data
- Legal background added advantage
