What they need
- Manage and maintain customer records, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer communication.
- Monitor customer requirements, resolve basic queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports related to leads, follow-ups, conversions, pending cases, and customer status.
- Identify inactive or pending leads and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Support the team in improving customer retention, engagement, and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
