CRM Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• End to End Process For Po opening In Middle East Market.
• Order Opening ,pricing & cataloguing in coordination with Senior.
• Strong follow up with PPC for final delivery date.
• Strong EIS & Excel knowledge with competent technical skill.

Job Requirements :

• 2 - 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
