Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. Implement CRM strategies to maintain international's dealer services standard : Sales and Aftersales
• Implement CRM platform structure ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
• Manage Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organization  and maximising commercial opportunities.
• Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Overseeing Marketing communications (direct mail,Edm,SMS ect.) with customers through the CRM.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.Know how to manage and  analyse database effectively (Able to work with system and generate reports)
• Developing testing strategies & research for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for Brands.
• Able to create CRM campaigns and events in automotive industry
• Standardise  showroom ambiences and services
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
