CRM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer data, support lead follow-ups, and coordinate with Sales and Support teams to improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable working with CRM systems, and able to maintain accurate customer records while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update customer data in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer queries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with Sales and Support teams to improve customer experience.
• Prepare basic reports on customer engagement, leads, and CRM performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and follow CRM best practices and internal processes.
• Support the Sales team with customer follow-ups and lead management when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updating of lead status and customer information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or lead management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
